Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a nutritionist, eating disorder specialist, body image coach, and chronically ill human.
This is a complicated time to be an eater on this planet. This is a complicated time to have a body on this planet. Because this is true, this is a particularly challenging time to be a human with a chronic illness. What if you were able to call a truce with your body? To stop fighting against it, to stop questioning its signals and your needs, and to finally stop apologizing for how your body works and how it exists. You might feel exhausted, disconnected or isolated in your body. Peace and confidence may feel out of reach. The chronically nourished program is here to change that. Through dental, mindful guidance and invitation, you’ll learn how to rebuild trust with your body, how to listen to its communication, and to create a sense of safety and confidence That doesn’t lie on the other side of perfect health or healing.
This is not a program to fix your body. This is a space to develop a relationship with it rooted in possibility, curiosity, and respect.

Meet Anna!Â
Anna is a nutritionist who has dedicated her career to supporting humans with complicated relationships with food and body. She is an intuitive eating coach, a food and body image specialist, and is a chronically ill and disabled woman. She has worked at all levels of eating disorder care, and is dedicated to supporting chronically ill humans in a way that honors humanity beyond diet and wellness culture deception. She knows how difficult it is to honor and trust body wisdom while the world is shouting loudly about health hacks. Anna is an anti-diet, fat positive professional, who has worked with tens of thousands of humans and is eager to support you.
